  1. HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
    Address changes can be requested during your policy renewal by updating your CAMICO renewal application. Alternatively, you can inform CAMICO anytime by emailing your updated address information to inquiry@camico.com. Or inform your agent of your address change.
  2. HOW DO I UPDATE MY EMAIL?
    To update or change your email address, please log into the CAMICO Members-Only Site. Click your name located at the top of the page to open the ‘My Profile’ page.
  3. DOES CAMICO OFFER REFERRALS TO OTHER TYPES OF INSURANCE COVERAGES?

  4. HOW DO OTHER MEMBERS OF MY FIRM REGISTER FOR THE MEMBERS-ONLY SITE?
    Access to CAMICO’s Members-Only Site is a resource provided exclusively to policyholders. For this reason, your firm’s CAMICO policy number is needed for registration. To begin, go to www.camico.com, hover over Member Site Login (located in the top right section) and select Policyholder from the drop-down menu. You will be directed to the Policyholder Login page: https://member.camico.com/portal/Policyholder-Login. Click The Register button to complete the registration form.
  5. I FORGOT MY MEMBERS-ONLY SITE PASSWORD. HOW DO I RESET OR RETREIVE IT?
    Visit the Policyholder Login page: https://member.camico.com/portal/Policyholder-Login. Click the Forgot Password button and enter your last name and email. You should receive an email from CAMICO after a few minutes with your password. If there is no password listed in the email, please contact CAMICO customer service at 800.652.1772.

    To reset or change your password, please log into the CAMICO Members-Only Site. Click your name located at the top of the page to open the ‘My Profile’ page.
  6. WHERE CAN I FIND A SUPPLEMENT TO COMPLETE MY RENEWAL?
    Click here: CPA Liability Insurance Applications & Supplements - CAMICO® and you will be directed to our Supplements page. Select your state and click download for the supplement needed.
  7. CAN I COMPLETE MY RENEWAL APPLICATION ONLINE?
    Some policyholder firms are eligible to complete their renewal process online. Please click the My Policy tab for the Renew Online button.
  8. HOW CAN I REPORT A CLAIM OR POTENTIAL CLAIM?
    If you have a circumstance that your firm would like to report, please complete the Claims Intake Form. Click the Report A Claim link located at the top of the Members-Only Site. After you report it, you will receive a copy of what was reported to confirm receipt by CAMICO. A CAMICO representative will contact you within 1-2 business days. If this is an urgent matter, please call CAMICO at 800.652.1772 and request to speak with a Claims representative.
  9. HOW CAN I CONTACT CAMICO IF I HAVE A RISK MANAGEMENT QUESTION OR CONCERN?
    We take pride in the depth and variety of benefits and resources CAMICO offers to our policyholders. Here are a few ways to contact CAMICO:
    - Call CAMICO at 800.652.1772 and request to speak with the on-call Loss Prevention Specialist
    - Email CAMICO’s Loss Prevention team at lp@camico.com.
    - Question or Comment Box: This box is visible in the right column of the Members-Only Site pages. Simply complete the form and a CAMICO representative will contact you.
  10. WHERE CAN I FIND CAMICO ENGAGEMENT AND DISENGAGEMENT LETTER TEMPLATES?
    CAMICO has more than 150 sample engagement and disengagement letter templates available on the Members-Only Site. Visit the Resource Centers tab and then click Engagement Letter Resource Center. If you do not find the letter that you are looking for, then please contact our Loss Prevention department. Did you know that CAMICO Loss Prevention Specialists can review and comment on your drafted engagement letters?
  11. CAN I SEND MY DRAFTED ENGAGEMENT LETTERS TO BE REVIEWED?
    Yes, this service is available to CAMICO policyholders. Our Loss Prevention Specialists are happy to review and comment on your drafted engagement letters. Letters can be emailed to lp@camico.com, and one of our Specialists will get back to you with an estimated turnaround time to return comments on your letter(s). Please be sure to include your policy information with the request.
